Green Smoothy Recipe

Green Smoothy ingredients listed below are Certified Organic where possible and have all been obtained from reputable Australian suppliers (as listed) in Kilogram lots.
All ingredients are, of course, optional and subject to availability. I do believe however that the health and vitality benefits derived from this mix of ingedients far exceeds the sum of the benefits ascribed to the ingredients individually.
Attached is a small spreadsheet (Open Office format: .ods) that may assist you to compute your actual costs per portion, per day and per year. Have fun.
Method:

1. Add Coconut oil and 3/4 cup of Apple Juice to blender bowl and stir at lowest speed to disperse oil in juice and to 'coat' blender bowl walls to minimise powder adheshion.
2. Pre-weigh ingredients in small container.
3. Add ingredients as quickly as possible to minimise oxidation effects.
