Another opportunity to band together and motivate ourselves to continue fighting for our kids. I know we're just sick and tired of the current regime of our our children being taken by DoCS v's the Children's Court judgements. I know none of us is getting a fair go in these courts and it's wearing all of us down, including me.

Hopefully we can keep supporting each other through the painful lives we have to face every day.

Our parents encourage us to follow through the education system, teachers say it will improve your chances, the government spends more tax money on the education section than most infrastructures with the idea that progression and job placement comes with education, that teachers offer leadership qualities as well as support.

Over the months there has been speculation of a smoke-free ban within the Queens St of Brisbane City and Albert St currently being voted on via phone and post set for next year.

Children in OOHC NSW are being denied thier Charter Of Rights by Linda Burney and Annette Gallard.

It clearly states that the Minister MUST PROMOTE the Children's Charter of Rights to all those working in the care of children re: Caseworkers...Case Managers ...Client Managers...NGO's ETC ETC ETC

The majority of children in care of the State Of NSW are NOT given thier Booklet of rights. The Children Charter Of Rights Booklet is being hidden from children in care.

Both Linda Burney and Annette Gallard have failed to comply with the Children's Charter Of Rights.

This woman can not correct obvious errors, has no initiative, doesn't deserve a job at McDonald's but is head of her profession. Inapropriate for her to intervene for this family is an insult, but standard procedure, with desperate pleas from devastated parents to show some common sense ignored daily. The Constitution if ratified would apply to current members, the existing Management Committee and programme presenters and not just for new members.

Another family destroyed by DOCs. Things should have been fixed today in Tamworth court yet the judge sided with DOGs as usual and fucked a good person over. Whenis the fact that Australia signed to be part of the International Covenant of Human Rights going to be recognised for what it is? When are the people in Child protection, including the lawyers and magistrates going to see that THEY have to abide by our human rights conventions otherwise we are no different to any third world country.
