to often DoCS intake officers hide behind these infinite legislative powers handed to them by whatever supreme idiot, and use them as an excuse for whatever this governmentally funded child abduction ring is doing to you, or they try and use them to remove any of your rights standing in there way,!?!

-I became re-aquainted with an ex-Girlfriend several years ago. She had just excaped a 17 year Marriage of Systematic Domestic Violence purpetrated by an Asian Husband. She introduced Me to her 3 daughters & we got along great from the start. However, once the estranged father became aware of My continued Presence in the Mother & Children's lives, he escalated in his Intimidation/Stalking & Harassment towards all concerned. During one Visitation, he isolated each of the girls & physically threatened them into disclosing all info on Myself.

I get really sad when I see parents who refuse to get off the booze/drugs/dope for the sake of their children. Such selfishness is unparalleled and ultimately leads to the death of many innocent young children. I wish to God that drug rehab was made mandatory, but then, some parents just don't want their kids, plain and simple. DOCS is then an easy scapegoat when they can't bear to take a good look at themselves in the mirror. I'm sure all the readers here, who care so much about children, will agree.

Elections are near, the time is coming for people to make the choice on weather our current government continues another term or we look at cutting our losses and moving on with a new government.

On one hand we have a current government lead by Julia Gillard reaching out, playing off names of this nations governments and media, noted in history as icons, hoping for the gain of brownie points to boost popularity amongst the people with or without those icons consent.

The huge amount of parents that involve hundreds of children who have contacted Minister Linda Burney directly, complaining of the her case-workers and their Managers abusive powers, lies and false risk of harm reporting has become a never ending BUCK PASSING operation.

Linda Burney refuses to address these parents and passes all complaints to Annette Gallard who in turn refers all the parents back to the very same case-workers /managers who the complaints have been made against AS IN TELL SOMEONE THAT CARES.

This is the appalling attitude of BURNEY"S DPT
